AI agent consultancy
Agents that take on real work, inside limits you set.
Coral Hearth designs, builds and governs LLM agents and workflow automation for businesses. We start with one process, connect the agent to the systems it needs and nothing more, and put a review step wherever a person should decide.

From the first question to a system your team runs
Six pieces of work, usually done in this order. You can bring us in for one of them or for the whole path.
-
01 · assess
Use-case assessment
We look at the processes you are considering and sort them honestly: work an agent can handle, work better served by a fixed script or a plain integration, and work that should stay with people. The reasoning is written down so you can challenge it.
→ ranked shortlist · process maps · risk notes
-
02 · design
Agent design
For each chosen workflow we specify the model's role, the tools it may call, the data it may read, how it handles uncertainty, and where it must stop and ask.
→ design document your team reviews before any build
-
03 · build
Build and integration
We build the agent and the automation around it, connected through their APIs to the systems you already use: email, CRM, ticketing, document stores and internal databases.
→ code and prompts in your repositories, under your accounts
-
04 · evaluate
Evaluation and testing
We assemble test cases from real, anonymized examples of the work, agree with you what a correct result looks like, and run the set on every change to prompts, models or tools, so regressions show up before your users see them.
→ test set · pass criteria · results on every change
-
05 · govern
Governance and controls
Scoped credentials, action logs, approval queues, data retention rules and a record of which model version did what. We write the policy with you and build the controls that enforce it.
→ written policy · enforced permissions · audit trail
-
06 · operate
Handover and operations
Monitoring for cost, speed and failures, runbooks for the common problems, and training for the people who will own the system. We stay on for changes, or step back once your team is comfortable.
→ dashboards · runbooks · trained owners

How an engagement works
One workflow moves through five steps. Nothing goes live without tests and a person in the loop, and every step leaves your team with something it can read and keep.
-
step_01
Pick one workflow
You email us about the process you want help with. On a call we agree on a single workflow to start with, who owns it, and what a good outcome looks like.
-
step_02
Map and specify
We sit with the people who do the work today, collect real examples, and write the design: inputs, tools, permissions, stopping points and the test set.
-
step_03
Build against the tests
We build in short cycles, run the test set on every change, and show you results on your own examples, failures included.
-
step_04
Pilot with review on
The agent works on live tasks while a person approves its actions. We read the logs with you and adjust prompts, tools or rules.
-
step_05
Hand over or extend
When the workflow behaves as agreed, your team takes ownership with documentation and monitoring in place. Then, if it makes sense, we pick the next one.
contact
Bring us one workflow.
Write a few lines about the task: what starts it, which systems it touches, who checks the result today, and what tends to go wrong. We will reply with questions or a time to talk.
